Social acceptance analysis under development by iFishIENCi

iFishIENCi partner, ttz Bremerhaven have used a questionnaire to collect information from the attendees of the fish international event in Bremen. The responses will be evaluated using a social acceptance analysis framework, currently being developed by the iFishIENCi team. Fish international is the only German trade fair for fish and seafood. Every two years, it attracts around 12,000 visitors from the fish and hospitality industry, such as fish wholesalers and food retailers.
