Focus Fish – Meeting Point for Fish Industry and Aquaculture

The challenges, trends and current developments in aquaculture were the main topics discussed at Focus Fish this week in Bremerhaven, Germany. The event served as a “Meeting Point for Fish Industry and Aquaculture” where, participants shared their thoughts about traceability and determination of fish species, post-harvest shrimp processing and microplastics. iFishIENCi was presented by project partner, ttz Bremerhaven, focusing on innovative technologies for quality improvement of fish and seafood products.
